Our XTREME WATERS™ All-Natural 8.1 pH Alkaline Mineral Water began its journey with the creation of California's Sierra Nevada Mountains near the Yosemite Valley region. Our pristine source is nestled in California's Gold Country near the breathtaking Yosemite National Park. Spanning over 250 acres of land with elevations ranging from 1,650 to 1,800 feet, it is richly adorned with caverns, majestic oaks, towering pines, and a diverse array of native plants and natural vegetation throughout.

The property's premium water is exceptionally high in alkalinity (8.1 pH) and is ethically sourced from a pristine aquifer approximately 250 feet below the surface of caverns on the property. Even though nature has been producing our exceptional alkaline mineral water before man ever stepped foot on this land, Native American Indians enjoyed this refreshing water for centuries.

In 1848, the California Gold Rush brought many gold miners and settlers to the region and shortly thereafter these settlers began drinking these fresh waters from this area. Then in 1870, pumps were set up to extract the water from the caverns on the property for the local settlers and Native Americans to enjoy.

Water percolates through rocks and soil, dissolving minerals like bicarbonate, calcium, magnesium, zinc and others, naturally elevating the pH without human intervention. This results in a balanced mineral profile with TDS of 330 mg/L.

In contrast, artificial alkaline water starts with municipal or tap water that undergoes reverse osmosis (RO), producing demineralized water with very low TDS (often under 50 mg/L). Manufacturers then add synthetic electrolytes or use ionization to raise the pH to 8–10.
